  Never judge a book by its cover!
  
  From the looks of this place from the outside you would never guess the food is as good as it is. I happened to be in the area for work and was looking for a quick bit to eat on my lunch break. I was happy when a stumbled upon this little gem. I figured they would have some gas station quality subs and I was pressed for time so I wasn't worried about quality.
  
  Even though there was a bit of the line it moved quickly. I noticed there menu was much larger than I expected. I already had my mind made up to have a Italian cold cut but some of the other items sounded pretty good. Price was reasonable and I expected to be waiting for a Kirk while since they were in the lunch rush. Surprisingly my sandwich was ready in about 5 minutes. When I took my first bite I was surprised again by how well it tasted. You could tell it was made from fresh deli meat. Had the right amount of May and the bread was not soggy with oil and vinegar.
  
  Delicious and I will definitely come back.

  Updated- there were some family issues behind the scenes I was not aware of I can't fault somebody for taking care of their family this place is great.
  
  **This place is great and I actually love it but twice now I have randomly showed up during open business hours only for the doors to be locked and the lights to be off.  Last time I try this place.***

  Found big belly deli after a trip to the gas station. It was hidden next to the gas stations convenience store. I was hungry so i decided to try it out. I've had this place twice so far and the second time was even better than the first time. They have daily specials everyday and it is listed above the register when you enter the deli. I was a little sad that the sandwiches didn't come with any sides, but, later figured out why they did not.
  
  My first time here I got the American cheese steak. It was cooked in a fairly quick time and when I picked it up... it felt like I was holding a brick because it was really heavy. As I unrolled the wrap the sub revealed itself slowly and i realized that... the deli was called Big Belly Deli since the sub was like 4 pounds and it'll leave you a big belly when you're finished. The cheese steak sub was LOADED with meat and cheese!!! It did not disappoint. The second time I came I got the Cuban Press sandwich. This as well was... humongous and even tastier then the cheesesteak. I would definitely recommend the Cuban as a must if you had to choose one thing on the menu here!

  Comment: Stopped in because it was one of the only highly rated lunch spots in the area and the reviews looked good. They did not disappoint. The service was fast and friendly. I ordered the Turkey Wrap and I was ready in less than 5 minutes. The flavor was excellent and It was so big I couldn't eat it in one sitting. My friend had the Chicken Cheesesteak and was as happy with it as I was with mine. A hidden gem in Sykesville. I highly recommend checking it out for lunch.

  The best sandwich place in Carroll County serving very tasty options with large portions. They also do a great job with breakfast.
  If you are hungry this is the place to go.
